At EQnect Supervision, our mission is to provide Comprehensive And Enriching Supervision Experiences For Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs) on their path to obtaining their Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW) licensure in the state of Texas. We are committed to equipping future clinical social workers with the knowledge, skills, and ethical grounding necessary to excel in their careers and make a positive impact on the lives of their clients.

Our supervision program offers flexible options, including both individual and group sessions, to accommodate the diverse needs and preferences of our supervisees. Throughout the supervision process, we prioritize the development of clinical excellence and the cultivation of a strong ethical foundation.

Supervisees can expect to engage in in-depth discussions and learning experiences covering a wide array of topics. These include case reviews, ethical considerations, the development of emotional intelligence, building empathetic therapeutic relationships, setting appropriate boundaries, managing countertransference, utilizing self-awareness in clinical practice, diagnosing, treatment planning, effective interventions, tracking client progress, mastering the art of writing comprehensive case notes, navigating records requests, staying informed about current events relevant to the field, enhancing cultural competence, and addressing career goals.

In addition to clinical skills, we recognize the significance of personal well-being and professional growth. Our supervision includes discussions on self-care strategies, boosting self-confidence, refining direct practice skills, managing dual relationships ethically, understanding mandated reporting requirements, exploring various theoretical frameworks, coping with work-related stressors and potential burnout, addressing issues related to fraud and imposter syndrome, among other essential topics.
Availability
Each supervision session is thoughtfully designed to be 60 minutes in duration, providing an ideal balance between depth of learning and time efficiency. Our pricing structure is set at $70 per session or $250 per month, offering accessible options for LMSWs seeking quality supervision.

​We understand that career development doesn't always adhere to a traditional schedule, so our supervision sessions are available during both daytime and evening hours. In unique circumstances, we can also accommodate weekend sessions.
