Shipping Policy for EAYR Apparel

Return Policy

Eligibility for Return: Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Return items must include the original tags and packaging.

Return Window

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, gift cards, and some health and personal care items cannot be returned.

Refund Policy

  • Receipt Required: Please include a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

  • Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original payment method.

  • Refund Time: Credit will automatically be applied within 10-14 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Exchanges

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at eqconversations@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement and cover the return shipping costs.
